Kevin has joined the US U-18 Men’s National Team in their trip to South America. Coach Dave Sarachan has named 18 players to the roster (attached) for the trip, and the team is scheduled to play friendlies against U20 national teams from Uruguay, Paraguay, and Venezuela. The team will also play a game against Argentinean club Estudiantes de la Plata. Also in the team is Richard Menjivar who played with Kevin last season at LAFC and will attend the University of Evansville in the fall.

Mr. Mejia, you should really consider playing for EL Salvador in the future. Us American born Salvadorans need to give back to our parent’s country. A lot of us American-Salvis look away and forget where we came from. Also, EL Salvador is getting a lot better, you’ll still get a lot of exposure.
