Ben currently resides in Santa Monica, CA with his wife Lesley.

· PGCE in Education and Training, University of Greenwich, London
· English FA Coaching Awards - Levels 1 and 2
· USSF "D" Coaching License

Professional Experience

· Southend United youth and reserve team (English Div 2)
· Represented Essex County in England on various occassions

College Experience

· 1998–2000 Posh Soccer – Peterborough United FC (English Div 1)
· 2000–2002 Head Soccer coach at Basildon College, Essex
· 2002–2004 Coached the Thurrock District squad in Essex
· 2002–2006 Physical Education Teacher in London for 6 years

Coaching Experience

· Worked with many players in the Essex/east London area who went on to sign professional forms with Arsenal, West Ham and Southend United.
· Coached the district team of Thurrock working with the best players in the borough.
· Currently looking forward to my first CalSouth season with my U12 and U15 girls teams. I believe we will have an extremely successful season.
