LAFC Girls U11 Clinch 2008 Cal Cup Championship
March 10, 2008
A grueling weekend of soccer ended triumphantly for LAFC's GU11 team. The team won the 2008 CAL CUP while simultaneously playing the State Cup in Escondido. After an impressive win against Real So. Cal., the girls advanced to the "Sweet 16" round of State Cup which fell the same weekend as the start of Cal Cup. Playing under their new coach, Jarda Hruska, the girls won their final match of the CAL CUP after an exhausting five game weekend!
